La Paz, Bolivia. This is the Plaza Pedro Murillo, the only truly pleasant public space we found in this otherwise rather dingy city. The views coming into town, mind you, were amazing. The road's at around 4000m and it circles down into the bowl containinng La Paz. Sadly, my shots from the bus window did it no justice.
