This is the fabulous church of St Mary in Ashley near Winchester. Chris and Mark and I cycled out there on Sunday in the rare late sunshine. It's 11th century and is preserved by the Churches Conservation Trust .

Ok, I give up. I know the Winch area rather welll but haven't heard of Ashley. I even Google Mapped it but to no avail. Is it Twyford/Shawford way?
